  2. We reproduce it

    A member of the team that built the theme looks at your store and settings.

  3. Guidance or a fix

    We explain the setting to change, or ship a fix in the next theme update.

Common questions.

What does a theme purchase include?

A licence to use the theme on one Shopify store, every preset, free updates for the lifetime of the theme and access to our documentation and support.

Can I try the theme before buying?

Yes. Add the theme to your store and customise it with your own products, colors and content. You only pay when you publish it.

Are there any recurring fees?

No. You pay once. Updates are free and there are no subscriptions for the built-in features.

Can I use one licence on multiple stores?

Each licence covers one store. If you run several stores, purchase a licence for each — Shopify handles this automatically.

Do I need design or coding skills?

No. Everything is controlled from the Shopify theme editor with sections, blocks and settings. The docs walk you through every option.

How do updates work?

When we release a new version, it appears in your Shopify theme library. You can preview it and publish when you're ready — your settings carry over.

Where can I get help?

Start with the documentation. If you're stuck, contact us through the support page and a member of the team that built the theme will get back to you.

Is the theme fast?

Performance is a design constraint for us: vanilla JavaScript, lazy-loaded media, native Shopify features over apps, and motion that pauses when it's off-screen.
