Wholesale and B2B
Radian works with Shopify B2B (companies, catalogs and price lists in Shopify Admin). Theme settings > Wholesale chooses who sees prices and can order, and the theme shows each company's own prices, quantity rules and volume pricing.
Before you start
B2B companies, catalogs and quantity rules are set up in Shopify Admin under Customers > Companies and Products > Catalogs. B2B is available on Shopify Plus.
How to set it up
Step 1: Choose who sees prices
- Go to Theme settings > Wholesale.
- In Show prices and ordering to (1), choose Everyone, Signed-in customers or B2B customers.
- Shoppers who don't qualify see a sign-in prompt instead of prices and add to cart buttons.
Step 2: Let buyers switch location
- Turn on Show company location picker. B2B customers who buy for several company locations can switch location from the header and the menu.
- Prices, catalogs and quantity rules follow the selected location.
Step 3: Show quantity rules and volume pricing
- On the product page, the Buy buttons block shows the minimum, maximum and increment set in the company's catalog, and the volume pricing table when the catalog has price breaks.
- The quantity selector follows the rules, so buyers can only pick allowed quantities.
Step 4: Take bulk orders
- Add the Quick order list section to a page or product template so buyers can search products and add many quantities to the cart at once. See Quick order list.

How it works
- Retail shoppers keep seeing your regular prices when Show prices and ordering to is Everyone.
- Prices in collections, search, quick view and the cart all follow the signed-in company's catalog.
