Quick order list
Quick order list shows products as a table with a quantity field on every row, so wholesale and repeat buyers can order many items at once. It lists the products of a collection, products you choose, or every variant of the product on the page.
How to set it up
Step 1: Add the section
- In the theme editor, open the page and click Add section.
- Choose Quick order list. Drag it to where you want it on the page.
Step 2: Choose the products
- Under Products, choose Products from (1): A collection, Chosen products, or The product on the page to list each of its variants on a product template.
- Set the number of Products to show.
Step 3: Choose the columns
- Under Table, turn on Show search, Show images, Show SKU and Show stock.
Step 4: Write the heading
- Under Heading, write an eyebrow, a heading and a short text.

How it works
- Quantities follow each variant's quantity rules from B2B catalogs: the minimum, maximum and increment.
- When Theme settings > Wholesale > Show prices and ordering to hides prices from the shopper, the table shows a sign-in prompt instead.
- Buyers enter quantities on as many rows as they need. The item count and total update as they type, with volume pricing applied, and one Add to cart button adds everything at once.
